2. I'm having trouble logging in.

If your login attempts fail, please STOP trying to log in until you verify* your username and password!

Failed login attempts are ALWAYS the result of a subscriber entering his or her username and/or password incorrectly! You may think you are entering them correctly, but you are almost certainly using the wrong capitalization, or a typo, or you typed them wrong when you created them. Please remember that both your username and your password are case sensitive (capitalization counts for both). You must type them exactly as you created them. Please make sure you don't have any modifier keys engaged (like CAPS LOCK or NUM LOCK).

*You can find and verify your username and password in the email confirmation you received from CCBill.com when you joined our site, or you can contact CCBill (our billing company) directly. They are open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. To contact them, go to CCBill.com and click on the "Consumers" link. There you will find multiple ways to contact them, including a toll-free telephone number (1-888-596-9279).

PLEASE NOTE: If you have been locked out of your account, the lock should be lifted within about 10 minutes.

3. How do I download videos on a Mac?

Go to a movie's page. Click on “Download” at the bottom of the video player, then right-click on the resolution level you want to download. Next, click on “Download Linked File” in the menu that pops up. The file will download.

4. Are the boys really straight?

We put a lot of effort into finding hot straight boys for our site. We also employ a variety of methods to verify that they are straight. We will shoot bi and gay guys if they possess enough of the other qualities we look for (looks, not having already been in porn, shyness, lack of sexual experience, etc.).
